In addition to her consulting experience, Carolin holds a PhD in Business, with research centered on the drivers of corporate company performance. With over 11 years of experience across Germany, Luxembourg, and South Africa, Jean Louis brings deep expertise in European and African markets. He has held key roles, including Global Controlling Manager at BASF Mining Solutions, overseeing the global P&L, manufacturing controlling, and capex investments to drive profitability and cashflow. As Chief of Staff to the Global Head of Strategy & Marketing at BASF, he gained extensive experience in managing innovation, acquisitions, strategy development and execution, as well as portfolio management.

He also served as an Analyst at KPMG Luxembourg and as the right hand to the CFO of BASF Sub-Saharan Africa, contributing to strategic financial planning and regional expansion.
